The vacuum bell is the mechanical complement to the Pectus Academy protocol. It is placed over the sternum and creates negative pressure by suction, lifting the sunken chest wall during the session. Used consistently and progressively, it aims to make the most of the flexibility of the costal cartilage, alongside the mobility work and training in the guide.
Why it is used alongside the program
- It works from the outside on what the protocol works from the inside: while breathing and mobility expand the rib cage, the bell acts directly on the depression.
- Controlled progression: you start with short sessions and low pressure, and increase little by little. Consistency matters more than intensity.
- Three sizes: S, M and L, to match the diameter of the bell to the sunken area.
Important before you buy
- The bell is not required: the 16-week program works without it.
- The relevant module of the Pectus Academy Guide explains how to use it, which pressures are safe and how often.
- Results depend on age, cartilage flexibility and consistency. We do not promise a specific result.
Notice: a product for aesthetic use and postural support. It does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. Pectus Excavatum can be associated with cardiac or pulmonary conditions: consult a doctor before using suction devices, and do not use it if you have a clotting disorder, bone fragility, cardiovascular problems or injuries in the area. Stop using it if you experience pain, dizziness or marks that do not fade.
